IntelliTree Solutions was founded in 2001 by a group of IT professionals with the goal of providing enterprise level IT systems cost effectively to small and medium sized businesses. We realized that small business have the same IT needs as large businesses. All businesses need secure and reliable IT systems and all businesses suffer costly productivity loss when these systems fail.
We saw that the IT services market was not providing adequately for small businesses. Most small businesses suffered with second rate IT systems that were very costly in terms of time, money, and productivity. This was because small businesses could not afford to hire a full time IT staff like their lager counterparts.
We saw a tremendous opportunity to fill the void of this huge unanswered need in the marketplace to provide enterprise level service and reliability at a price point that small businesses could afford.
Since most small businesses have the same core needs, we built, and continue to refine, a suite of services that can be efficiently deployed and maintained across many customers. In this way, the cost of this platform is shared across many customers, but each customer receives from it the full benefit.
We have had great success with this model - just ask our customers! Since our founding, we have consistently grown by more than 200% per year, nearly entirely from referrals and word of mouth, and our business has grown and expanded to include Enterprise Software development and project management for medium and large sized businesses as well.
