IntelliTree provides Help Desk support to our customers to answer questions and solve problems when possible over the phone.
We focus on providing courteous and friendly service. We understand that computer problems can be frustrating. We have extensive experience working with non-technical end users – guiding them to solutions as quickly and painlessly as possible. Our depth of knowledge allows us to explain technical topics in simple and meaningful ways when desired, or simply to quickly solve whatever problem the user has.
We quickly identify if the problem can be solved over the phone or not, and do not waste the users time if it can't. For more complex problems, we either utilize our Remote Access capabilities, or come onsite to address the problem.
