IntelliTree has a suite of Remote Access capabilities to quickly troubleshoot and solve problems without the need of an onsite visit, or sitting with the user on the phone. For Managed IT customers, we automatically have the ability to take remote control of every Workstation, Server, and network device on the network. We do this securely over the customers Internet connection using a sophisticated set of tools.
For non Managed IT customers, or traveling laptop users, we can painlessly take remote control of any PC by directing the user to our support site and having the user click on our remote support application.
